Cardinal Research Group is led by founder and CEO Mischa Kaplan, an award-winning small business owner, entrepreneur and advisor. As an expert in small firm management and business issues, Mischa appears regularly as a media commentator in local and national media outlets. His writing has appeared in a wide variety of online and print publications, including Maclean’s magazine, the Ottawa Citizen, and the Montreal Gazette. Mischa is a frequent public speaker as well as a part-time professor in the School of Business at Algonquin College in Ottawa.
