If you need on-going assistance updating your WordPress or HTML-based website content on daily, weekly or monthly bases we offer monthly maintenance packages to assist you with any changes without having to quote. The purpose of the monthly packages is to provide you with a reliable Wordpress trained partner to assist you with your web site when you need it.

How it Works

• You have 1,2 or 4 hours per month (depending on package level) of time each month of on-call web designer availability with ABORG.
• When you have an update, send us the details and we'll schedule it immediately and give you a time for completion.
• We track our time by the minute under your block of hours, so we'll never charge you "an hour's time" for what was only a 15 minute update.
• We keep a detailed log of all updates and accounting for time spent which we can provide to you whenever you like.
• We quickly become familiar with your website and how it works, making ongoing updates more efficient (saves you time and money).

What We Consider to Be "Maintenance" Work

Typical types of website updates might include:

• Adding new content (images, video, new pages, etc).
• Designing visual elements (need a new banner image, a new button, promo graphic, etc).
• Technical assistance (you need help doing something yourself on the website).
• Technical updates (ad-hoc WordPress version or plugins, see WordPress Upgrades and Protection Packages for monthly ongoing WordPress management).
• Troubleshooting (repairing broken code or formatting).
